Apex Investment collects your name, email address, school, graduation year, city, state, and how you heard about the competition. We also store your registration details, payment status, and submitted stock pitch. We use this information to run the competition, review submissions, confirm payments, and send competition updates. Authorized organizers and judges may review information needed for their work. We use Supabase to store account information and submissions, Stripe to process payments, and Resend to send competition emails. Apex does not store your full card details. We will ask for appropriate consent before publicly sharing a winner’s or finalist’s name, school, or submission. We keep participant information and submitted stock pitches for one year after the competition ends. After that, we delete them unless specific records are needed to resolve payment issues or meet legal requirements. You may request corrections or deletion of your information by emailing jackabend1@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept to resolve payment issues or meet legal requirements.
